O2 Webtext interface audit

The Webtext interface and performance on 02.ie was the first major interface design project I was set in o2.ie.

This involved covering a massive amount of user feedback, polling the various internal business owners as to their wants and needs for the service, and then getting down to brass tacks and studying user pathways through the service and where the interface was failing them.

The design was originally intended to port as an iPhone app, hence the proportions of the interface, and its splitting into three discrete procedural segments.

O3sis, the third party german company responsible for the service, has agreed to build the interface as stands in the views. It will be implemented using AJAX and Javascript functionality to both cover the server load balancing and the user interaction in the interfaces (such as loading user address books incrementally etc.) in March 2010
